After seeing their price, the customer browses your available appointment slots. EPC Booker only shows times when you (or one of your assessors) is genuinely free — working hours, time off, and existing bookings are all factored in. The customer picks the slot that works for them.

Both parties get a confirmation
As soon as payment goes through, an automated confirmation email is sent to the customer with the date, time, address, and job details. The booking appears in your dashboard immediately, assigned to the right assessor.

Assessor marks the job complete
Once the EPC assessment is done and the certificate is available, the assessor logs in and marks the job as complete, attaching the EPC certificate URL. The booking status updates in your dashboard.
