Terms of Service — EPC Booker

1. About EPC Booker

EPC Booker is an online booking platform operated by Carn Energy Ltd that enables EPC assessment businesses ("Organisations") to accept bookings and payments from their customers ("End Customers") through a dedicated booking page.

By using EPC Booker — whether as an Organisation or as an End Customer — you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. For Organisations

As an Organisation using EPC Booker you agree to:

Provide accurate information about your services, pricing, availability, and coverage areas.
Fulfil bookings that are confirmed through the platform and paid for by End Customers.
Comply with all applicable laws, including those relating to EPC assessments and data protection.
Keep your login credentials secure and not share access with unauthorised parties.
Notify us promptly if you are unable to fulfil a confirmed booking.

EPC Booker charges a per-booking fee for each completed booking. This fee is deducted from your weekly payout. The current fee is communicated to you at the time of onboarding and may be updated with 30 days notice.

3. For End Customers

When you make a booking through EPC Booker you are entering into a service agreement directly with the Organisation providing the EPC assessment, not with EPC Booker. EPC Booker acts as a booking and payment facilitator only.

By completing a booking you agree to:

Provide accurate property and contact details.
Be present or make access arrangements for the agreed appointment.
Pay the quoted price in full at the time of booking.

4. Payments and Refunds

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. EPC Booker does not store your card details.

Refund requests should be directed to the Organisation that accepted your booking. EPC Booker may assist in resolving disputes but is not responsible for refunds where an assessment has been carried out as agreed.

Organisations receive weekly payouts net of the EPC Booker platform fee.

5. Cancellations

Cancellation policies are set by each Organisation. Please refer to the confirmation email you received or contact the Organisation directly. EPC Booker is not responsible for cancellation decisions made by Organisations.

6. Limitation of Liability

EPC Booker provides a technology platform to facilitate bookings. We are not responsible for the quality of EPC assessments carried out, any errors in reports produced, or any losses arising from a cancelled or unfulfilled booking.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, EPC Booker's liability is limited to the platform fee paid in connection with the specific booking giving rise to any claim.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, software, and branding on EPC Booker is owned by Carn Energy Ltd unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate an Organisation's access to the platform if they breach these terms, fail to fulfil bookings, or engage in conduct that damages the reputation of EPC Booker or its customers. Outstanding payouts for completed bookings will still be made.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Organisations will be notified by email. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
